In addition to collecting relevant domestic and foreign literature for research and analysis and providing policy recommendations, and through the data concatenation of administrative data, the research aims to understand the employment-related features of Taiwan's middle-aged and senior workers in the past ten years, and their gender, industry, and even regional differences. In addition, this study also takes a detailed inventory of information on the workplace guidelines, employment-related subsidies, employment service resources, etc., for the middle-aged and senior citizens, and proposes a preliminary framework for the workplace guidelines manual for employers and workers.
