The Employment Tracking Database System re-constructs and extracts labor insurance administrative data. This is a combination of longitudinal research method and cross-sectional time series analysis method to establish a database storage structure. This database can be used to observe labor market trends and have a good understanding of the number of new and retired employees in different industries each month. We have established an index of unemployed time to observe the effectiveness of labor market supply and demand in different periods.
