  • Publication Date:2021-09-21

In order to ensure the practicality of the technology and to implement the practical application of the industry, this research has completed the technology introduction and application for 15 institutions in the domestic petrochemical industry, high-tech industry, and so forth. The application projects include sensor harmful monitoring, data analysis and transmission, hazard alerts, system user interface, etc. We also evaluated the effectiveness of software and hardware functions and substantial effects after the technology is introduced. More than 70% of business units are satisfied with the use of software and hardware such as the measurement accuracy of the sensing device, concentration trend stability, data acquisition rate, and power consumption. In addition, the business units are satisfied with the prevention before and after the introduction of the hazardous substance real-time monitoring technology. The satisfaction score increased from 3.4 to 9.1 for indicators such as gas escape, improving the quality of the working environment and serving as an important basis for environmental testing and improving management reference. This demonstrates that the sensing technology of this study is comparable to traditional working environment monitoring methods to effectively assist business units to monitor harmful substances for a long period of time and to provide concentration trends as an important reference for the improvement of the factory environment.
