A Study on Hazard Analysis and Safety Specifications of Offshore Wind Turbine Installation[ILOSH107- S309]

Abstract

Offshore wind power is one of the main focal points of the government's planning for future green energy development. In the process of construction and setting up offshore wind power, the complexity is far greater than that of onshore wind power. The project will discuss issues related to key construction projects and safe operations of offshore wind farm maritime engineering operations, understand the various hazards faced during each construction phase, and provide the safety assessment energy for the establishment of key maritime construction projects in the industry and for hazard prevention technologies.

The main objectives of this study are to analyze the maritime engineering safety regulations of advanced offshore wind power countries such as Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, and the United States and then to compile the current domestic regulations to through discussing the procedures and steps in transportation, hoisting, piling ,and fixing to understand the overall construction and construction process and analyze the hazards that may cause safety concerns. Through analyzing the hazards associated with the safety and health environment (HSE) in the construction process of offshore wind power, collecting the analysis of the related occupational hazards in offshore construction and wind power installations at home and abroad, and exploring the hazard analysis of transportation and hoisting, piling and fixing operations, the goal is to provide the industry with safety assessment energy and hazard prevention technologies for key maritime engineering operations to ensure safe offshore operations.

This case has completed the compilation of relevant regulations and standards for offshore wind power installations in Europe and the United States and completed the hazard analysis and safe operation of the detailed processes and steps of each stage of offshore wind power unit construction, operation methods, and dynamic environmental management of construction personnel. It will conclude with conducting technical discussions, proposing safety precautions for offshore wind power, and making recommendations for relevant regulations and standards.
